  • Perfecting Devices for Tribomonitoring of Machines and Mechanisms Joints by Using Optoelectronics.

    The device for uninterrupted measurement of shaft wearing out by stuffing tightening is offered. The device for investigating sealing tightenings is worked out. Opticoelectronic systems are used for increasing the accuracy of measuring and for the purpose of uninterrupted monitoring in the construction of both devices.

  • The method of extension operating frequency range of source and emitter voltage follower

    The paper discusses the features of method of extension of circuit’s operating frequency range of the source and the classical emitter voltage follower (VF). The features of this method based on the effect of the mutual compensation of the parasitic impedances are considered. Problem of improving operation speed of VF with output capacitance and reducing the time of establishment of transient at pulsed input voltage are discussed.
    The simulation results of VF in Cadence on model of SiGe integrated transistors are given. This shows that with capacitive load high-frequency cutoff, the time of establishment of transient and the slew rate improved to tens - hundreds of times. 
    The results of investigate complement of methods of improving operation speed of the classical stage with a common drain and common collector.

  • Influences of laser processing to seeds of summer wheat Iren

    In article are presented: installation and results of two years of field experiment, experimental data about influence of preseeding processing of seeds of spring wheat of Iren by the laser on productivity and its structure. Results of researches confirm positive influence of preseeding processing of seeds by the laser on increase of productivity of spring wheat and can be recommended for use in technology of cultivation of culture. The material has both scientific, and production interest.

  • Criteria and metods for assessing the quality of the mi[ing of bulk materials

    The way of а compиter assessment of qиality of the mix consisting of two and more components is stated. The algorithm for definition of factor of иniformity of mixing is based оп а clиstering of K-averages and realized in an applied Matlab package with иse of the graphic GUI interface. Check of this way proved possibility of its иse for an assessment of qиality of а miх.

  • Mathematical model of uniform system of design and technological preparation and production at the industrial enterprise

    "This article describes modeling of uniform system of design and technological preparation and production. The mathematical model is based on base of the theory of probability, the theory of mass service and mathematical statistics. Its basis is markovsky casual process. If the stream of events at the enterprise is stationary, without a consequence and ordinary, this process is called the elementary. The average size of a flow of information of each service is determined by the law of distribution of Erlanga, the stream density is determined by the enterprise, and production transition from a condition to a condition of shops and productions is estimated. When modeling a flow of information on movement of information and details at the enterprise classification of divisions was offered. After the analysis of their activity and a flow of information, details and documents the state graph of uniform system of design and technological preparation and production is constructed. Transitions were thus described and factors are appropriated. For each condition of system of a state graph limiting probabilities of conditions were calculated and Kolmogorov's equations are worked out. At integration of data of systems of the equations the probability of conditions of activity of divisions and production as time functions during every moment of time is defined."

  • Attenuator for high-speed input circuit analog-digital interfaces

    This article addresses options for building advanced of resistive voltage dividers (attenuator), providing a reduction in a given number of once input voltage in a wide range of operating frequencies. To correct the frequency error in the AT parasitic capacitance the load is proposed modified scheme with the special frequency attenuator correction, which allows for one to two orders extend the range of working frequencies the AT and increase performance.

  • On the development of the wave theory of viruses

      We propose a model describing the motion of the wave of viruses inside and outside of living matter. It is shown that the Schrodinger equation can be used in the analysis of movement of the virus, as a physical material object in physical space. We calculated the de Broglie wavelength of the virus. The mechanism of viral diseases is shown as an interaction of genetic apparatus of human cells with the field structure of viruses. The concept of information-wave virus is given. The results of studies on patients with the use of information-wave of viruses, generated by a special generator of digital codes, are given. It is shown that the reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by wave digital information and viruses on the basis of vegetative resonance test. The reliability of the mechanism of cell damage by information-wave digital viruses is shown with the use vegetative resonance test. The conclusion that the suppression of viruses can be realized with the use of radiation from a special generator of numerical codes has been made.

    The process of sylvinite ores desliming with ultrasonic treatment is considered. The influence of frequency, intensity and duration of impact to the insoluble rest removal efficiency of sylvinite ores crystals is defined. The optimum mode of sylvinite ores desliming with ultrasonic treatment is established.

  • Diagnosis of pollinosis TV aerosol analyzer

      The TV analyzer aerosols, which yields in the three projections basic geometric and optical parameters of controlled particle needed to determine whether a controlled amount of pollen that causes allergies. An example of the recognition process by using MatLab, which allows real-time data about the shape, size and color of plants on pollen ragweed pollen sample. The opportunity to further develop a portable television diagnostic analyzers based on DSP-processors that identify the presence of plant allergens in the air, and thus to evaluate the potential risk of diseases such as hay fever.

  • Methods of estimating the adequacy of simulation results

    This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. The paper included results of calculation

  • Energy-efficient method of use of the excess heat of solar collector

    "The paper proposes a method of use of the accumulated surplus of solar water heating installation, the major element of which is the solar collector for heating of greenhouses. The heat energy, which was preserved in the battery for the summer months, can be used for heating of greenhouses in the autumn and winter months. The proposed method will significantly increase the efficiency of the solar collector and reduce the term of recoupment. This development will be relevant for the individual dwelling houses, with garden plots sufficient to build greenhouses there. The use of ""Energy - Effective"" greenhouses combined with solar water heating unit, significantly reduces the cost of electricity and heating. The use of low-grade thermal energy from the sun and soil is the main direction of development of energy-saving technology of housing and communal services. "

  • Local atomic structure dynamics of new nanostructured condensed materials for rechargeable current sources on the basis of V2O5/Fe/LiF nanocomposite within charge-discharge cycle

    In this paper we study the dynamics of the local atomic structure of new nanostructured condensed material for for rechargeable current sources on the basis of 15mas.%V2O5/Fe/LiF nanocomposite within charge-discharge cycle on the basis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES) and of computer simulation. The analysis of the experimental data obtained during the first charge cycle reveals the transformation of iron to more than 50% of iron fluoride (II) , Li ions intercalate into the structure of amorphous V2O5 forming LiVO2 compound.

    A comparison shift the aggregate final volume and minimum sample value, depending on model parameters for parts excavator. The studies revealed the following pattern: in the range of the Range R = 17-20 sets of the coefficients are significantly different from the values ​​of other Ranges.
